How do I submit a custom order?

Do you provide digital renderings?
Yep! This is one of the main things that helps us communicate with our customers. After an initial meeting to discuss your project, we’ll create digital renderings and send them your way. At this point, you can let us know what you like, dislike or would like changed or adjusted. We repeat this process until your satisfied with how things look.
How long will my order take to be completed?
Small orders usually take 1-2 weeks to complete. Larger cabinetry orders will take 2-3 weeks to complete once started. Of course, this is dependent on the current orders we have placed. We’ll always keep you updated on our current timeline.
How does payment work?
We’ll send an invoice to your email and you’ll be able to pay online. At the time of confirming your project with us, 1/2 of the total of your order is due. This helps us account for materials and helps us ensure you’re all in! Once your project is complete and installed or delivered, the other 1/2 is due.
Do you deliver?
We can deliver your furniture for $100 within the Rapid City, SD area. We’ll quote you for delivery locations outside the area.
Do offer returns or refunds?
We unfortunately cannot offer returns or refunds. Everything we build is made to order. But don’t worry, with our process design and our attention to detail, we strive to make sure you’ll love your piece!
